**The Role**
You’ll join our E-mobility leadership team to build our operational model, systems and implement programmes to bring our strategy to life supporting the delivery of Electric Vehicles, mobility products and services.
You’ll manage the design and delivery of business and metric reporting, customer billing, reconciliation and debt recovery, case management, customer satisfaction reporting, PPSR reporting on vehicles, vehicle deliveries, in-life management and vehicle returns through SLAs and KPIs across products to increase operational efficiency and customer experience. Additionally, you’ll assist with the due diligence of new technologies and commercial partnerships, working with system architects, digital teams and vendors to build out new processes and systems.

**About you**:

- Comparable management experience in an agile environment building operational systems, processes and transformation programmes within the Energy or Automotive industry.
- Experience building and managing teams supporting development, engagement and motivation to achieve targets across EV leasing, salary packaging subscription, car sharing or similar.
- Capability to clarify and articulate requirements and acceptance criteria between design and development teams inspiring continuous improvement across the function.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously whilst maintaining exceptional stakeholder management and delivery levels.
- Genuine interest in customer experience, innovation and a collaborative approach to delivering exceptional solutions to customers.
