**THE ROLE**

The Origin Zero business unit is responsible to develop and implement sales of Solar, home products and other emerging energy solutions and home services including Electric Vehicles.

The National Implementation Manager - EV Operations** **will be responsible to develop, implement and operate Origins project delivery systems for Electrical vehicle charging systems and to lead a national delivery team. This role has 4 direct reports.

This role will also be responsible for:

- Develop and implement Origins national project delivery systems for electric vehicle charging systems
- Seamlessly interface with the EV sales functions while controlling the end to end delivery of EV charging projects from project initiation to client handover (external clients or internal asset operations as per project) in a way that provides an excellent customer experience
- Delivery of projects within the business solar category, including portfolio’s of projects so that they are on time, on budget and to a high level of quality and HSE
- On going reporting of project delivery performance and driving a culture of continuous improvement to lower cost and improve customer experience
- Allocation of workload across the national Project Delivery team
- Liaises seamlessly with Sales team and Origin clients
- Facilitate site inspections and project technical solution and cost development
- Coordinate internal and external expertise and consultants to deliver project services
- Schedule installation ordering and delivery of free issue materials
- Supplier engagement and management including HSE and Quality
- Develop and manages project documentation and records

**IS THIS YOU?**

We are looking for a strong leader who has proven Project Management skills with a customer first attitude and passion for e-mobility.

You will have:

- At least 3-5 years experience in coordination and management of technical projects, programs, or field services
- Must be competent and confident to coordinate with external stakeholders such as suppliers, councils, network providers etc.
- Must be a self starter and work responsibly and autonomously to get the job done to tight time frames
