**The role**
You’ll provide post sales and installation customer service support to our Origin Zero customers nationally in retail and SME Solar, home products, legacy sales, large scale C&I solar systems and new emerging energy products and services. You’ll play a vital link in the solution and service delivery providing key touch points in the customer experience lifecycle.
- Conduct customer calls to convey and gather key information.
- Raise Service orders for contactors to arrange site visits and upload reports accordingly.
- Respond to contractors and technician queries.
- Manage multiple shared team mailboxes, respond to customers and internal stakeholders as required.

**About you**:

- Intermediate use of MS Office within a comparable position managing a national client base.
- Prior experience demonstrating exceptional customer service and professionalism to communicate effectively with customers and drive a resolution.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and determine logical solutions autonomously and as a collaborative team.
- Strong sense of accountability and commitment to quality with a sense of urgency.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
