**About the role**

The Head of Enterprise Workflow will drive the Agile and devops process and tools standardisation efforts and strategy across Origin. The incumbent will own Enterprise Workflow technology, Enterprise agile planning and associated tools, as well as play a leading role progressing the monitoring & observability strategy, seeking more proactive technology outcomes and continual improvement of services via data.

They will drive the uplift in maturity of continual improvement management as well as the general transparency of improvement opportunities across Origin.

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Support the development of the Enterprise Technology Services strategy.
- Drive delivery and service performance with end-to-end accountability for the uplift of capability and delivery of business outcomes.
- Aligning and influencing critical stakeholder groups behind the technology direction, measuring success through technology and practice adoption, employee productivity and ROI.
- Building and developing a highly engaged and capable department to enable continual improvement, high performance, innovation, and growth.
- Support and embed enterprise-wide Origin initiatives starting with the New ways of working program.

**About you**
- Proven Executive IT level experience with business engagement and relationship management
- Proven experience developing and managing portfolio of prioritised work
- 10 years + experience in delivery of programs and projects with a focus on COTs, SaaS, PaaS, Iaas solutions
