About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and organised Sales & E-commerce Coordinator to join our Brisbane office. You'll support customers, manage online product listings, and help drive online sales and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound sales enquiries via phone, and email.
  • Prepare quotes, follow up with customers, and assist with orders.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM.
  • Manage and update product listings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Support marketing campaigns and product visuals using Canva or AI tools.
  • Report on online sales and suggest improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years' experience in sales support, inside sales, or e-commerce coordination.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with online sales platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify, or Odoo).
  • Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems.
  • Canva or AI tool experience a plus.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and adaptable.

Bonus Skills

  • Knowledge of irrigation, agriculture, or industrial products.
  • Understanding of digital advertising or SEO principles.
