Our client is a well-known leader in spray technology for industrial use. Their products and systems can be found in many industries, including food & beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical, mining, construction, têxtiles, paper, steel, and many more. Due to company growth, they are looking for a dynamic Junior Admin person to join their team.
**About the role**
As part of a small but professional and enthusiastic local team, your role involves being the bridge between the clients and the engineering team, ensuring that appointments are efficiently scheduled, quotes are effectively communicated, and the CRM system is leveraged for streamlined client management. Your professional and enthusiastic approach will contribute to the success of the team in maintaining strong client relationships and driving business growth.

Booking and Organising Appointments**: You will be responsible for scheduling appointments between clients and the engineering team. This requires effective time management and coordination skills to ensure that appointments are scheduled without conflicts and with consideration for both client availability and the engineers' schedules.
- ** Client Communication**: You'll be required to call clients to follow up on quotes that have been provided or to send out quotes for potential projects. Your communication skills are crucial in conveying the value of the quotes and addressing any questions or concerns the clients might have.
- ** CRM Knowledge**: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is an advantage. This software will likely be used to track client interactions, manage appointments, and store important client information. Your ability to effectively utilise CRM tools will enhance the team's efficiency in managing client relationships.
- ** Reporting on CRM**: You will need to generate reports using the CRM system to provide insights into client interactions, appointments scheduled, quotes sent, and other relevant metrics.
- ** Liaison with Sales Engineers**: Facilitating day-to-day communication between the sales engineers and the clients. You'll need to ensure that the engineers are well-informed about their appointments and have the necessary information to effectively engage with clients during meetings
