Stevie Redback, a division of Rentokil Initial (the world’s largest pest control company) has an exciting position available for a Customer Support Coordinator to join our vibrant, passionate, fast paced team at our Clontarf Office. Your extraordinary skills will be used for the day-to-day phone based management of our business customers. We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 2 years telesales experience, demonstrated skills in B2B sales development and above all an appreciation for excellent customer service. **The key responsibilities for this position include**: - Effective management and resolution of all customer enquiries in a timely manner, with a focus on client retention - Protect existing portfolio by identifying opportunities to re-sign and upgrade existing contracts - The promotion of new products and services to our customer base - Create quality sales leads for the field based sales team - Liaise with other departments to ensure customer enquiries are resolved in a timely manner - Prior experience in Sales, Account Management and Customer Service role - Highly developed negotiation skills to ensure contractual obligations are met - An ability to overcome client and manage customer objections - A confident and professional telephone manner - Highly effective time management skills - Intermediate computer and systems skills - Outstanding communication and telephone skills As the first point of contact for our customers, your exceptional customer service and account management skills will be integral to ensuring our clients satisfaction.
