The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced and professional Sales Consultant with a background in motorhomes, caravans, campervans, or other RV sales. This role suits someone who values long-term customer relationships and takes pride in delivering a seamless experience — from first enquiry through to vehicle handover.

Many enquiries come from prospective customers who already have strong awareness of our brand and products. Others may be new to Explorer Motorhomes and require guidance to understand what sets our range apart. The role focuses on giving every prospective customer the same level of attention, trust, and care — providing clear, informed support throughout their purchasing journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales process from first enquiry through to vehicle handover
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and build guidance to customers
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout their build journey
• Conduct professional handovers to ensure an exceptional final experience
• Manage resale of used motorhomes and RVs, including valuation, preparation, photography, and listing coordination
• Work collaboratively with the administration and production teams to ensure vehicle readiness and timely delivery

About You

• Proven experience in motorhome, caravan, campervan, or RV sales
• Strong understanding of quality-driven products and customer service excellence
• Professional, organised, and confident managing multiple active sales at once
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive approach with pride in delivering a consistent, high-standard experience
