We're now looking for a Workshop Supervisor to join our team and keep our high-performing workshop running smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your exceptional customer service and team work skills and work in a friendly environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Excellent communication with technicians, office staff and production coordinator
• Follow each repair from drop off through to collection to ensure excellent repair standards
• Quality control throughout repairs
• Report to Operations Manager with all issues
• Manage technicians and independent contractors

Requirements:

• Experience in a panel or caravan repair shop highly regarded
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Excellent management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Valid driver's licence
