The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Works Coordinator to join our Brisbane office. This is a pivotal role in the business—working closely with the Operations Manager and supporting field crews by ensuring jobs are scheduled, processed, and tracked efficiently.

You'll be the go-to person for coordinating crews, liaising with clients and suppliers, and managing the smooth operation of administrative functions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and dispatch field crews across multiple job sites
  • Process incoming quotes and job orders through SimPro
  • Liaise with clients, tenants, subcontractors and suppliers via phone and email
  • Coordinate vehicle, plant and equipment servicing and repairs
  • Provide general admin support to the General Manager and office team
  • Data entry and document control
  • Maintain internal registers and compliance records

What We're Looking For
  • Previous administration experience (scheduling or operations coordination preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Previous experience of providing excellent customer service
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident using software platforms (experience with SimPro highly regarded)
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to help where needed
  • High level of attention to detail and follow-through
  • Must have unrestricted Australian working rights
