With an exciting program of work, The People and Culture team are seeking a HR Administrator.

**What you'll do**:
In this busy role you will support the ongoing development and refinement of an integrated HR delivery model as well as the management and maintenance of current systems: Sage People, Cornerstone Performance and LMS, LiveHire ATS, Chris21, Deputy, Qualtrics, and SharePoint, etc. You will also administer support processes including document management; data recording and retrieval; reporting; undertaking audits; administering onboarding, cross-boarding and off boarding, along with problem solving and associated systems updates.

Reporting to the HR & Development Systems Manager, you will work with the wider People & Culture Team across Diversity initiatives, Learning & Development support and assisting with core Wellness Programme events.

**About you**:
Being organised, efficient and proactive with a high level of attention to detail, you have a knack for working with technology, and you are known for your understanding of workflows, your proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite and your administration skills.

You will be naturally friendly, have great communication skills, a customer focussed approach to everything you do and enjoy working in a team environment.
