Job Description Summary

The Continuous Improvement Coordinator supports the Continuous Improvement Manger to identify and drive the successful implementation of new or changed processes across the Business Services functions. The role involves defining stakeholder needs and process input/output requirements (i.e., SLA/s/KPIs) while supporting the management of the change and its impacts to interconnecting process areas and teams. The coordinator will assist in driving improvement initiatives to completion and deliver and disseminate supporting process documentation, instructions and communication as required.
About the Role

Key responsibilities will include:

- Drive the implementation of process changes with key stakeholders including:

- Setting and coordinating process change action plans
- Manage and report on project timing, status and outcomes
- Identify and manage change blockers with the support of Continuous Improvement Manager
- Develop, formalise and communicate process documentation as required through a variety of mediums including:

- Process flow diagrams
- Written procedures and work instructions
- Checklists and instructional aids (inc. QRGs and Video)
- Undertake data and information collection as part of improvement project delivery
- Plan and arrange stakeholder collaboration meetings, workshops and communicate updates where necessary
- Ongoing monitoring and tracking of Project KPI's and benefits
- Performs other related duties as assigned
