About the role

We're all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Continuous Improvement Analyst, you'll play a key role in identifying and driving initiatives that enhance the insurance and claims experience for our members. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external insurers to facilitate the effective delivery of these initiatives, ensuring excellence in member experience.

Day to day, you'll:

  • Collaborate with leaders across the Insurance & Claims Business Unit to develop a comprehensive view of end-to-end processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist the Senior Continuous Improvement and Planning Analyst with initiatives aligned to the member experience strategy principles.
  • Provide expertise on the prioritisation and delivery of enhancements within the Insurance & Claims Business Unit.
  • Coordinate and communicate the overall impacts and interdependencies of business or portfolio change initiatives to the leadership team.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and insurance experience.

About you

  • Experience in the superannuation industry and a strong understanding of business operational processes.
  • Demonstrated inclusive, collaborative, and engaging approach, with the ability to consult, facilitate, negotiate, and influence.
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple and competing activities.
  • High level skills in stakeholder management and developing trusted relationships with business clients.
  • Technical knowledge of contemporary business systems environments, including web technologies, client/server technologies, and database environments, is beneficial.
  • Diploma of Superannuation – ASFA and/or RG146 qualifications are highly desirable.
