Job Description Summary

We are seeking an Import/Export Coordinator to join our team in Macquarie Park, Sydney to coordinate and manage the inbound transportation and supervise customs clearance activity.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible in Inbound Freight Management for ANZ AIR & OCEAN (Cold chain, Heavy air freight, FCL/LCL)- Identity potential shipment delays and liaises with all related external and internal stakeholders- Preparing customs documents and permits for import clearance process on time- Air/Ocean Freight Transport scheduling into DC- Maintain and update inbound shipment reports daily- Monitoring Inbound deliveries date and update in SAP with a timely manner- Review shipment bookings and manage cost within monthly rate agreements- Frequent Meeting with 3PL providers on service performance review and continuous service improvement- Project Support to regional transportation team as required (International Transports)- Manage high volumes of critical medical freights day-to-day- Prepare Freight Quotation as required- Liaise with suppliers/freight forwarders for lead times, monitor delays and follow up.- Export of goods to customers/ Returns to factory in overseas as required

Preferred Requirements:
- 3+ years of related experience /in role within International Shipping / Imports / Freight forwarding- Experience using SAP R/3, ERP system with Excel intermediate (Essential)- Previous experience working with freight forwarders and 3PL- High-level of organisational skills, ability to prioritise, and multiple tasks- Excellent time management and able to work autonomously- High level of written and verbal communication skills- A highly motivated team player with demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes
