About the Role

We are seeking an organized and proactive
Operation Coordinator / Customer Service Executive
to join our Melbourne team.

You will coordinate international shipments, liaise with customers and agents, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sea and air freight shipments (import/export)
  • Communicate with overseas agents, shipping lines, and clients
  • Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues promptly
  • Support customer service inquiries and provide shipment updates

About You:

  • Experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and a strong team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; EDI knowledge a plus
