**Purpose of the Marketing and Communications Coordinator role**

The Marketing and Communications Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and providing support for the Marketing and Communications Team in effective and timely delivery of various marketing and communications campaigns and initiatives.

**Role Responsibilities**:
**Stakeholder Collaboration**
- Work closely with the General Manager and Content Manager to align marketing efforts to the requirements of stakeholders.
- Support the process of seeking review and approval by internal stakeholders of the work undertaken by the Designer and Copywriter.
- Collate project requirements (e.g. gathering content, images, information) to support Designer and Copywriter to effectively focus on their roles
- Support the administration of the daily Workflow Planner, as tasks move through the queue or require attention to meet agreed deadlines.

**Digital Marketing & Social Media**
- Manage and update Achieve websites, ensuring content is current and optimized
- Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)
- Support the Content Specialist with content calendar implementation and community engagement
- Coordinate with paid media agencies and support digital campaigns

**Content & Communications**
- Assist with marketing project delivery, from campaign materials to daily tasks
- Support the Designer and Copywriter by gathering project requirements and facilitating stakeholder approvals
- Upload content to websites, intranet, and digital platforms

**Reporting and Administration Support**
- Monitor and report on social media and digital performance using analytics tools
- Maintain marketing databases, file storage, and supplier relationships
- Support event logistics, photography coordination, and merchandise management
- Assist with workflow planning and deadline management
- Update marketing data and marketing lists in HubSpot CRM (manual updates and importing of lists)
- Assist with events, sponsorship, conferences and award ceremony logistics.
- Schedule and book photography and video shoots

***To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Strong video content creation and editing skills for social media platforms
- Experience with digital marketing tools and social media management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, can-do attitude with eagerness to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
