About the role:
This is not a warehouse role in the conventional sense. You'll be an integral part of the manufacturing team, supporting their work through precise inventory management. There is no heavy lifting involved; our components are small, high-value items that require careful handling.
As the Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing inventory movements in and out of the store. Full training will be provided, and detailed written procedures are available to guide you through every process.
You'll be working independently, which makes this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their tasks and maintaining a high level of organisation. Although much of the work is self-directed, you'll be supported by a collaborative team that values open communication and teamwork.
Once you've settled into the role, you'll have the opportunity to refine and improve the systems you work within. Continuous improvement is part of our culture and something we actively support and expect from every team member.

- Ensure that shipments are dispatched in compliance with all export controls and/or permit terms and conditions.
- Adhere to all security and export control requirements when storing, handling, and transferring products and information.
- Assist with shipping related queries and work closely with couriers and freight forwarders to gather all necessary data.
- Assist with inventory investigative tasks as well as become a key resource for stocktake & cycle counting.
- Pack products to meet technical and contractual packing and labelling requirements.
- Contribute to process reviews and continuous improvement activities.
- Other duties as required by the business.
