**The Opportunity**
- Based from our Rivervale office the Projects Administrator role is to provide project administration and documentation support to the business as required across the West Australian portfolio of Rail & Technology Systems projects.

**Key responsibilities include**
- Assist in collection and processing of project related documentation
- Provision of other assistance, as required and requested by the project line managers
- Support in the booking and tracking of face-2-face and online inductions
- Assist with purchase of materials, equipment and consumables including co-ordination of delivery to the office.
- Organise and manage travel bookings and accommodation as required.
- SAP input and maintenance of purchase orders, including goods receipt, journals, and queries
- Assist with document control systems as required

**Requirements to be successful**
- Would suit either an experienced Project Administrator or Business Graduate looking to develop their skills across Contract Admin / Project Admin
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
