Lendlease Building is searching for an Assistant Project Manager to join one of our key business units User Experience, delivering various projects for our retail and commercial portfolio clients. Based in Sydney, this opportunity would suit an administrative professional seeking a fast-paced project environment, looking to work within a tier 1 organisation.
Projects:
User Experience is a national business unit within Lendlease Building. We provide project, design, and construction management services to the property industry including end to end project delivery across commercial workplace, education, and retail sectors, spanning both internal and external clients. This role sits within our national Program Management Office (PMO), who specialise in the delivery of capital works programs of work for our valued long-term customers.
The Role:
As a Project Administrator you will work with and support a team of program, project and site managers with administrative documentation, systems and processes to help in delivery of programs of work across the portfolio. Involves touchpoints to multiple projects at a time, focus is on delivering greater efficiency and effectiveness of project administration processes and service for stakeholders, ensuring activities comply with client, company and statutory requirements. You will be highly motivated, enthusiastic and have the ability to multitask various projects at the one time with various stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
- Relevant experience in administrative roles, property or construction industry a bonus but not essential
- Keen eye for detail, system oriented and strong organisational skills
- Aptitude for fast paced working environment and prioritise multiple tasks
- Clear communicator with a collaborative approach
