Professional software development & implementation organisation who pride themselves on their unique methodology and approach to customer facing systems for their clients across Australia and New Zealand.
**Your new role**
As Project Administrator you will be managing daily administrative functions of a project or program. You will assist in the projects resource scheduling, liaise with other professionals and consultant to define outcomes and timelines, and collect and analyst project data and report on this. You will advise Senior management on matters requiring escalation and help to implement directions of the senior management.
You will coordinate and administer meetings, including issuing minutes and also process invoices and purchase orders. You will be responsible for managing project documentation and contracts, raising issues, and implementing changes to contracts. You will provide daily support to the project team and help oversee work performed by contractors. You will also assist Project Leads with budgeting and regular reporting.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Administrator
- Software Industry experience
- Experience in Program / Portfolio management
- PMBOK/ Prince 2 Certified or equivalent
- Project deployment experience
- Great communication skills
