Client Service Support Specialist

In the client service role, you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders. You will also require strong organisational, planning and follow through skills to succeed in the role.

Experience with Hubspot or other ticket management platforms is well regarded.

Role functions
- Responding to client service enquiries
- Working on special projects to assist account management team
- Using company systems to run reports for both internal and external stakeholders
- Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact for clients
- Office support (e.g. managing stationary and kitchen supplies, office maintenance, etc.)

This is an ongoing full-time position in our modern North Sydney offices working 8.30am-5.30pm.
