We are currently looking for a **Senior Coordinator (Insurance Operations)** to join our Team. The team specialize in the provision of insurance assisting with existing policy holders and new business opportunities.

**Your role is to**:
- Drives timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information (includes report preparation).
- Maintains a solid understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation (customer awareness) and strengthen new and established relationships
- Builds and maintains strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and serves as point of contact regarding any potential problems.
- Adheres to Company policies and performance standards and recommend improvements.
- Contributes to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and business objectives
**To be successful you will possess**:
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels with consideration and respect for ethnicity and cultural diversity
- Able to use Microsoft Office products to support administration requirements of the role
- Able to manage changing priorities and accept and adapt to changes within those priorities
- Motivated to succeed through being results oriented while maintaining client focus and a professional attitude
- Displays organisational sensitivity by perceiving the impact and implications of decisions on the company and when required maintaining confidentiality
- Willing to accept responsibility and accountability for own decisions and work
- Clean and tidy presentation
