**Learning and Capability Specialist**

We're on the lookout for a **Learning and Capability Specialist, **who shares our passion for helping more people feel their version of good. As **a Learning and Capability Specialist**, you will be based at our centrally located office in North Sydney and be responsible for the delivery of LCA's in clinic training program for our therapists and clinic team members.

**What you'll do**:

- Delivery of classroom training via the LCA Academy as per the national training calendar
- Coordination and delivery of in-clinic training and coaching within the assigned region (this region may include interstate and regional visits on a regular and ongoing basis)
- Ensuring that programs and initiatives are delivered in line with the Learning & Capability Strategy and LCG’s mission and purpose
- Communicating new L&C strategies and programs across the region
- Driving relationships and engagement with internal and external partners

***We'd feel ELECTRIC if you have**:

- Previous technical training experience is preferred
- Previous Beauty Therapy experience is essential (5+ years)
- Tertiary qualifications in beauty therapy, LSO, maintain Infection control, Coolsculpting (preferred), Kleresca (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level facilitation and coaching skills
- Planning and organisation skills
- People and process orientated
