- In this role you will support colleagues and clients in all aspects of administration and technical support through the accurate, efficient, and timely production of all policy and related documentation across the insurance life cycle.
- Supported with training in the combination of online learning modules, systems support from the Operations team and 1:1 on the job learning.
- Working under the umbrella of operations you will help drive standardisation of processes and procedures. This includes providing legally compliant work to the client and entering accurate information into all Marsh IT Applications, enabling the delivery of analytical statistics. You will assist in upskilling non client facing operations colleagues with additional product and client knowledge.

- **Organization** - Considers future client needs and plans accordingly to make available sufficient resources. Consistently operates with a highly self-organized style to produce accurate work on time; organizes group tasks and resources on behalf of the team; efficiently implements instructions delegated by manager/supervisor; produces work with the confidence of manager/supervisor.
- **Communication** - Conveys written and verbal messages effectively to various audiences, adapting approach as appropriate. Displays sound listening and comprehensive skills.
**What you need to have:
- High School Certificate or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar broking/operational role, preferably in an insurance related field
- Minimum Tier 1 ANZIIF Broking License
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft office suite
- Ability to work under pressure and possess an understanding of the importance to meet deadlines through effective time management skills.
- Motivated self-starter focused on achieving results and able to work autonomously as well as be a team player.
