Ideally you have a background within payroll administration or are studying accounting / finance or similar.

You have solid skills in data / spreadsheets / Excel and a high attention to detail, happy to get involved in varied tasks to get the job done.

**The Role**:

This Payroll Project Administrator role will see you maintaining internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and updating employee records.

Responsible for the APAC region payroll admin tasks, you'll look after invoice admin, reporting, compliance and continuous improvement.

**Skills / Experience / Responsibilities**:

- Solid data skills
- Experienced in Excel and comfortable with VLOOKUP & PivotTable
- Background in payroll or a current / recent student in accounting or finance
- Good skills across the MS Office suite
- Happy to get involved in varied tasks
- Comfortable with IT / online systems
- Seeking a part time role (3-4 days per week)
- Able to work 1-2 days per week in the CBD office
