**The Role**:
As a Payroll Consultant, you will be part of a growing team which is focused exclusively on client engagements which aim to ensure the correct interpretation & implementation of the relevant governing payroll agreements and industrial instruments. This a great role to grow your payroll career and be a part of an amazing team who support each other & work as a team.
- At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in Payroll including modern award and enterprise agreement exposure.
- Basic understanding of accounting, taxation and finance concepts relating to Payroll
- Great communication & written skills
- An eagerness to learn and grow within a professional service firm
- Proficiency in IT systems including Office Software and Payroll Platforms
- Exposure to Aged Care EBA/Award
