EPG Payroll & HR is seeking an experienced Digital Solutions Consultant on behalf of our Sydney-based client in software and development specialising in custom web development and mobile app development services. This is a great opportunity to be part of a winning team.

As a Digital Solutions Consultant, you will play a vital role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of website and software development projects. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle. The goal is to provide exceptional client experiences, understanding their requirements, and translating them into clear specifications for the development team.

Some of the key tasks include but not limited to;
- **Communication and Requirement Gathering**:

- Engage in active listening to understand client needs, goals, and project requirements.
- Conduct in-depth client interviews and meetings to gather comprehensive project insights.
- Document client instructions and translate them into clear and actionable requirements for the development team.
- Effectively communicate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to clients.
- **Project Management and Coordination**:

- Create detailed project briefs, specifications, and scope of work documents for the development team.
- Review and test website developments and software solutions to ensure they align with client requirements and quality standards.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to the production team to refine and improve project deliverables.
- Collaborate with the development team to convert client instructions and requirements into prioritised tasks and user stories.
- Regularly monitor project progress and take proactive measures to address any deviations from the agreed timeline or scope.

**We are looking for someone who has the following**:

- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication skills and critical thinking skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to balance customer needs with business objectives and capacity
- Be able to manage project timelines and deliver solutions within agreed timeframe
- Ability to identity opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or solutions
- Effective collaboration and coordination

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
