**The role**

This is a Business Development Representative role where your primary focus would be to contact decision makers within small to large enterprises and develop new sales opportunities for your senior staff.

You would effectively set meeting with the clients and the senior sales staff so they can present the business case and acquire the client accounts.

As a Lead Generator you will receive a sales bonus based on achieving monthly qualified lead targets.

**Responsibilities**
- Generating leads through strategic outreach
- Selling the companies extensive products to senior stakeholders (Finance Directors, CEO, MD's)
- Achieving targets and goals set by yourself and your mentor

**Requirements**:

- Strong sales abilities and ability to be trained and mentored
- Open to people without sales experience (Its all about attitude, hunger and ability to learn)
- Have interest in the markets/stocks/economics/commerce
- Must have drive, tenacity, bright personality and emotionally intelligent

They would be investing in you from day one and as there's a lot of upskilling, training and mentorship involved in understanding the product and industry, you’ll be provided with a clear 12 month plan on the role and how to progress through to a BDM, Dealer, Partnerships Manager or Corporate Account Manager.
