**Your Job**
Koch Fertilisers is seeking an enthusiastic Logistics Coordinator to support our Supply and Operations and 3PL team to facilitate the efficient receipt and storage of fertilizer products in our port based terminals. Receipts will be through Bulk vessels, containers and road transport.

**Our Team**

You will be reporting to Operations Manager.

**What You Will Do
- Accurate recording of ETA, ETC & Cleared Tons for all products movements.
- Timely communications to ensure all stake holders are clear on all product movements.
- Weekly team's calls / updates
- Discharge Plans (Koch vessels / Swaps / Ex-hopper sales)
- Report of vessel discharge efficiencies and improvement areas
- Timely & accurate actualization of product movements
- Invoicing
- Maintain Vessel tracking for all inbound bulk and container fertilizer vessels
- Continual improvement of processes and procedures

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- BSc/BA in business administration, supply chain management or similar discipline
- Previous experience in similar field or as Logistics Coordinator
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and track multiple processes.
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software & Excel
- Outstanding organisational and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with people at all levels
- Reporting and insights
