About the Role
We are partnering with a fast-growing FMCG company seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join their team as a logistics coordinator.
This position offers a unique opportunity to take full ownership of logistics operations, drive process improvements, and contribute to the company's efficiency and growth. Working in a dynamic and supportive team, you will develop valuable industry skills and gain hands-on experience in supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management – Oversee and coordinate retail and supermarket orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Process Optimization – Identify opportunities to automate and improve logistics operations.
- Problem Resolution – Address logistics challenges with a solutions-driven approach.
- Stakeholder Coordination – Collaborate with freight providers, warehouses, and internal teams to maintain seamless operations.
- Inventory & Compliance – Monitor stock movements and ensure all logistics documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.
Skills & Experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- 1-2 years experience in logistics, supply chain, or operational management
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn new systems
