**ABOUT YOU**
You love all things social media and digital and have at least 2 years of experience across all the main paid social platforms, ideally in a client facing role.
You are a people person and are comfortable talking with clients. You innately understand that even small budgets mean a lot to the client spending the money and you are happy to explain things to help build trust and understanding of the work you and the team do.
You can work FAST, juggling multiple projects and clients, without compromising on the quality of your work. In fact, you love a fast paced environment.
While social media is the main focus, you get other digital elements and you understand how digital and traditional marketing work together. You know to deliver results in marketing, you need to plan, execute and measure and you are comfortable doing it all.
You are positive, down to earth, love working in a dynamic and diverse team environment and even though you are confident and driven, you aren’t precious. No egos here thanks You are committed to building your career and believe working hard and continuous learning brings its rewards. **Some of the qualities we are looking for are**:
- 1-2+ years of experience with social media (paid & organic)

**ABOUT THE JOB**
Agency life is dynamic and fast paced and at MORUS, no day will ever be the same Some of the tasks that you will be expected to deliver on are:
- Liaising with clients for approvals & reporting
- Preparing digital marketing plans
- Planning weekly social content calendars
- Executing & managing digital campaigns (mainly FB & Insta)
- Creating quotes and proposals
- Activation of campaigns / digital marketing co-ordination
- Influencer Management communication and execution
- Creating and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients to build trust
- Writing reports on digital advertising campaign performance on a monthly or weekly basis
- Acting as a point of contact for clients to address any marketing or social management queries or concerns
- Providing photography and reels video services
- Working closely with MORUS Management’s Directors on other general marketing and administrative tasks; and
- Providing styling notes and assisting in the coordination of MORUS Management’s clients’ product shooting with professional photographer including onsite styling,
You’ll be working alongside our Branding Manager, Marketing Manager and our CEO, supporting them to deliver world-class marketing to our clients. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from people who are exceptional at what they do.
You'll also have the opportunity to work with national blue-chip brands that are household names, as well as some exciting and emerging new brands, across a variety of industries.
Due to the nature of our work and the requirement for speed and collaboration (and at the request of the existing team), we are a predominantly in-office business, but there are WFH home options when you are confident and capable in your role.
Please note, there is graphic design component in this role for social media content and marketing purposes.
