**ABOUT THE COMPANY**

LK Hospitality, the team behind Omnia Bistro and Bar, Yugen Dining, Yugen Tea Bar, and Bromley Events, are on the hunt for a Social Media Coordinator to join the team

We aim to build a strong community by providing first-class and attentive service, redefining excellence in hospitality.

**THE ROLE**

As our Social Media Coordinator, you will take ownership of the Group's social media platforms and other growing channels, with a focus on taking engagement levels to new heights.
- You will be in charge of exploring the next trends in social media, creating and managing new accounts, working closely with our management and marketing team.
- A passion for hospitality is key, with an expectation to grow the Group's existing followers, while tapping into new markets and opportunities for growth.**_Key Responsibilities_**
- Formulate new ideas for the Group's social media channels
- Utilise knowledge and skills across social media channels and emerging platforms to execute existing content requirements and new content roll-out
- Develop and maintain a weekly content calendar, consistent with the Group's existing digital content schedule
- Provide reports and analytics to the management and marketing team providing insight into the best performing content and potential opportunities for growth
- Moderate and interaction across social media channels
- Capture and edit content in line with the Group's values and consistent with KPI’s driven by the marketing team
- Document emerging social media trends, updates and developments, reporting back to the wider digital team
- Have a commercial mindset, looking for opportunities to monetise content consistent with requirements for commercial partners

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum 1-3 years of marketing or social media experience
- Passionate about all things social media and creating fun & engaging content
- Consider yourself someone who’s ahead of the trends, but willing to react to current opportunities
- Self-starter who isn’t afraid to take risks and dive right into new content ideas
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of developing, capturing, and editing video content
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a wider team
