An exciting opportunity has become available for an innovative, passionate and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our thriving National Marketing Team
We’re on the hunt for a vibrant individual who has great energy, killer Photoshop skills, a deep understanding of a range of social media platforms, and has their finger on the pulse of emerging social trends.
Reporting to the Social Media Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Working alongside Social Media Specialists and Marketing leaders to manage the coordination and creation of content for Instagram and Facebook channels
- Creating concepts for story content in collaboration with your team, and briefing and liaising with the Graphic Design team on creative direction
- Resizing imagery and uploading display home photography to Pinterest with appropriate copy, boards and URL campaign codes to allow for effective lead tracking
- Assisting Social Media Specialists with copywriting for Metricon social media posts
- Finding and monitoring customers who are currently blogging about their build journey on Instagram and sourcing potential testimonial opportunities
- Developing quarterly reports for social media accounts and assisting with the creation of a growth strategy
- Engaging in active social listening to identify trends, concerns and potential content opportunities among our customers and prospects
- Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for user experience
- Supporting the Social Media Specialist with any additional ad hoc projects, including the management of social competitions

- Incredible time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
- Extensive social media platform knowledge and experience (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest and TikTok)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong photo editing experience with a keen eye for design and aesthetics
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to produce exciting and relevant content for social media audiences
- Experience using a CMS for online publishing (Craft CMS experience is beneficial)
- Experience with social media management and reporting tools is desirable
