Social Media Manager & Creative

Hybrid role – Yarraville, Melbourne

We're looking for a multi-talented
Social Media Manager & Creative
who lives and breathes social. If you have a passion for crafting scroll-stopping content that not only looks beautiful but also connects and converts, this role is for you.

In this role, you'll:

  • Develop and execute creative social media strategies for a diverse range of clients.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content optimised for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms.
  • Manage client accounts with confidence, building strong relationships and keeping projects on track.
  • Bring fresh ideas and creative concepts to the table, turning them into content that drives results.
  • BONUS: if you have some prior experience with Facebook & Instagram Ads

What we're looking for:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your content creation and social media management skills.
  • Experience editing short-form video content for social platforms.
  • Excellent communication and account management skills.
  • A self-starter who is organised, collaborative, and loves working in a creative team environment.
  • This is a
    hybrid position
    based in our Yarraville office. You'll enjoy the balance of working alongside our creative team in person and having flexibility when you need it.

REQUIRED SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Be a team player, collaborating and sharing ideas and insights with others so we can all grow together.
  • Must be proficient in the Canva, Capcut and Premiere pro or similar design and editing tools.
  • You have proven experience editing both short-form and long-form video content for various platforms.
  • You enjoy brainstorming and developing fresh, on-brand creative concepts and visual ideas.
  • You have a good understanding of social media trends and know what performs visually on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • You have excellent attention to detail and take pride in producing polished, professional work on deadline.
  • You're a strong communicator and collaborator who's comfortable working with account managers and responding to feedback.
  • You have great time management skills and thrive in a hybrid work environment, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • You're proactive, adaptable, and committed to staying up to date with new tools, trends, and best practices.
  • You have a positive attitude and want to join a warm and supportive work culture
  • Ideally we are looking for someone committed to growing in the role and wanting to develop and grow the business including pitching to new clients
