Social Media Coordinator

One of Melbourne's largest hospitality groups is seeking a creative to develop in-house, online and promotional marketing communications.

The ABH Pub Group run some of Melbourne's most iconic venues including Natural History, Hightail, The Penny Black, Murmur Piano Bar, Prince Alfred and The Mint bar.

The perfect person for this role will work well under pressure, have an excellent eye for detail, appreciates good design and has a knack for digital marketing.

This role will manage the online accounts for a large portfolio of venues in Melbourne CBD and will report to the CEO.

This role offers lots of scope for creativity, and we are looking for someone with strong knowledge, skills, experience and the ability to execute the following:

- Develop & execute social media strategies and campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth
- Write and create monthly EDMs to promote in-venue activities
- Build community engagement through regular interactions across all social channels and DM’s
- Assist on photoshoots, where applicable
- Provide support for marketing events executed in-venue
- Generate ideas and initiatives to drive venue sales and profitability
- Stay abreast of food, beverage, media trends

Our venues are fun and often host out-of-the-ordinary events and promotions, so a marketer that is willing to embrace that mentality is essential.

This role will be part-time. You can be based from home but will be frequently required to work in our venues across the CBD and Brunswick.
