An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a Gold Coast-based manufacturing business. This forward-thinking business has a dynamic and friendly team culture. This is a temporary role with a view to go permanent for the right person.

**Your new role**

As the Executive Assistant, you will report to the Managing Director and support them on a day-to-day basis. Your role will involve:

- Travel management
- Coordinating meetings and taking minutes
- Preparing correspondence and contract management
- Ordering supplies and coordinating events when necessary
- Credit Card reconciliation
- General administration support to ensure a smooth day to day for the Managing Director

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful you will have:

- Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a Managing Director
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting tasks and deadlines
- Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of attention to detail.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent computer literacy skills
- A positive attitude and work ethic with the ability to work in a team and autonomously
