Our client is looking for an upstarting individual with great attitude to join their team as an HR & Office Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and work closely with the Head of People and Culture.

**Your Role**:
As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our People and Culture department. You will have the opportunity to dive deep into various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, and much more. Under the guidance of our Head of People and Culture, you will gain invaluable exposure to industry best practices and develop a strong foundation for your HR career. In addition, this role is the first point of contact with visitors and will play the critical role of ensuring the efficient running of the day-to-day office tasks.
**What You'll Do**:
**HR Functions**:
- ** Talent Cultivator**: Be instrumental in the growth of our organization by actively assisting in the recruitment and selection process. From crafting captivating job descriptions to conducting qualifying interviews, you'll help shape the team with exceptional talent.
- ** Culture Catalyst**: Facilitate a seamless integration of new employees into the vibrant company culture through thoughtful onboarding and orientation. Your support will foster a sense of belonging and set the stage for their success.
- ** Engagement Maestro**: Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, breathing life into a positive work environment. By designing activities and programs that inspire camaraderie and motivation, you'll cultivate a culture where everyone thrives.
- ** Development Dynamo**: Collaborate with team members to create and deliver training programs that fuel professional growth and development. Through engaging workshops and innovative learning opportunities, you'll empower individuals to reach their full potential.
- ** Performance Navigator**: Assist in performance management processes, guiding employees towards success. Support People & Culture strategic initiatives like L&D, performance reviews, talent management activities.

**Office Admin Functions**:

**What We're Looking For**:
- A great attitude, desire to learn and contribute to the company's culture.
- Bachelor's degree or final year student in Human Resources or a related field.
- Passion for human resources and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in HR processes.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to pick up new systems quickly.
