**Your new company**

As the Executive Assistant, you will join a large team whilst working one-on-one with your direct report. This organisation has a friendly culture, and they are looking for someone who can contribute to this whilst also bringing some assertiveness to ensure everything is running effectively.

**Your new role**

In your new role as the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Managing Communications:

- Handling both incoming and outgoing calls for your direct report.
- Reviewing and composing correspondence on behalf of your direct report.- Administrative Support:

- Preparing and coordinating presentations and reports.
- Conducting research and gathering materials.- Meeting Coordination:

- Attending meetings and recording minutes.
- Ensuring follow-through on actionable items arising from meetings.- Stakeholder Engagement:

- Collaborating with key management and stakeholders.- Scheduling and Facilities Management:

- Scheduling and organising meetings.
- Overseeing building maintenance tasks.

**What you'll need to succeed**- Experience:

- Previous one-on-one Executive Assistant (EA) experience, ideally within a dynamic and fast-paced business environment in a medium to large-sized retail company.- Personal Attributes:

- High energy levels, demonstrating integrity and discretion.
- Exceptional attention to detail.- Organisational Skills:

- Strong organisational abilities and a commitment to follow-through on tasks.- Communication and Multitasking:

- Excellent communication skills, coupled with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Software Proficiency:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
