Working closely with the Marketing Lead and cross functional teams in Category and Retail Sales, you will ensure the successful delivery of marketing plans. The role will be responsible for identifying and executing critical brand, NPD and campaign opportunities to ensure the delivery of business and brand objectives. The role will ensure the delivery of continued brand growth through communication strategies, portfolio optimisation and innovation plans.

**About the role**

**Invent the Future**
- Take active ownership of building the portfolio strategy into brand plans which convert into actionable plans
- Lead the development of an innovation pipeline to ensure a continuous and successful retail NPD pipeline fill

**Drive Consumer Focus**
- Work with the Marketing & Sales Managers to capture key consumer and market insights and translate these into commercial opportunities to enhance our brand portfolio
- Develop creative and innovative marketing Communication and activation campaigns to support our current portfolio and launch NPD with excellence

**Achieve Business Excellence**
- Ensure a robust understanding of the key drivers for the brand through financial knowledge of the SKU’s under their portfolio and their contribution to the business
- Work with Financial Planning to regularly review sku margins/costs against key performance indicators understand

**About you**
- Degree qualifications in Marketing or related field
- Experience in a brand marketing, ideally FMCG food
- Extensive NPD & project management experience, preference for FMCG Food experience
- Sound commercial and financial acumen and technical/operational exposure including corporate business planning and budgeting
- Ability to work strategically and operationally and adaptable to fast paced, changing and ambiguous environments whilst maintaining accountability
