We're looking for a passionate and commercially savvy Brand Manager to lead the strategy and execution of key brands within our growing wellness portfolio.
This is a dynamic role for a brand leader who thrives on strategy, innovation, and execution across both domestic and global markets.
About the Role
As Brand Manager, you'll take full ownership of brand planning, marketing campaigns, and performance. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and collaborating closely with the Sales, Finance, NPD, and Global teams, you'll drive both brand equity and commercial outcomes.
Your work will span consumer insights, new product development, global digital campaigns, and local retail activations—making this a truly end-to-end brand management opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Leadership
- Develop and implement annual brand strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Lead ATL, BTL, and TTL campaign execution including TV, radio, influencer, and digital marketing.
- Collaborate with sales to create compelling key account presentations and support national range reviews.
- Deliver monthly performance reports tracking sales, market data, and digital KPIs (social media, web, eDMs).
- Analyse internal and external data to provide strategic opportunities for the brands
- Forecast brand performance to ensure optimal stock levels, support supply chain planning, and inform strategic marketing and sales decisions."
- Manage POS, packaging, online content, and in-store collateral.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective execution of marketing plans.
New Product Development
- Work with the NPD Manager to explore market gaps and create new product opportunities.
- Build and execute launch strategies including messaging, sales tools, and campaign assets.
- Monitor post-launch performance and pivot where required.
Global Brand Strategy
- Align brand communications across global markets through toolkits, content plans, and campaign rollouts.
- Work with international teams to build digital engagement across websites, social media, and eDMs.
- Monitor global performance and proactively adapt strategies to meet evolving needs.
About You
- 3 to 5 years' experience in brand management (health, wellness, OTC, or pharmacy preferred).
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to connect marketing to results.
- Confident campaign leader with experience across digital and traditional channels.
- Creative and analytical mindset – you're just as comfortable in a brainstorm as in a board report.
- Highly collaborative with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Positive, energetic, and able to manage multiple projects under pressure.
