Our Client achieves widespread adoption of emerging technologies such as blockchain by creating superior entertainment experiences focused on consumers.
**About the Role**
Brand Manager will report into the Head of Marketing, s/he will have high levels of autonomy, responsible for driving a strategy that improves brand performance. The acquisition of prospective players and retention of existing will be the focus of this role, guided by a variety of upper and lower funnel objectives. S/he will achieve these in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead campaigns that drive player acquisition and retention.
- Help stakeholders understand the relevance of a campaign to the marketing strategy, clarifying the specifics in a go to market plan.
- Act as the custodian of the brand’s visual and verbal identity, using it to create consistency and alignment in campaign execution.
- Take responsibility for campaign performance by working in collaboration with those who are accountable for each channel.
- Support the business’ planning needs but also its reporting needs.
- Remain up to date on marketing trends and opportunities.
**Qualifications**
- Interest in NFTs, gaming, or a relevant space.
- 3+ years of brand marketing experience at/with an app or web-first business.
- Understanding of the interplay between owned, earned and paid media (online and offline).
- Ability to derive insight from measurement tools and turn into action (e.g. Facebook Ads manager, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer).
- Project, stakeholder, time, and budget management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Solution orientated.
