**About the Role**

As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining long-term client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive individual who understands business needs, promotes tailored solutions, and upholds high standards of customer service and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and engage prospective clients through market research, industry directories, referrals, and networking initiatives.
- Conduct client visits and presentations to promote products and business service offerings.
- Consult with clients to understand their operational needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and present pricing proposals, quotation terms, and contractual conditions.
- Negotiate commercial terms in line with company policies and profitability goals.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Address service concerns, respond to feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor client purchasing patterns and identify opportunities for additional sales or service improvements.
- Stay informed on competitor products, market trends, and industry developments.
- Report insights and recommendations to sales leadership to support strategic planning and product positioning.
- Accurately record sales activities, pipeline updates, and business expenses.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

**Skills & Experience Required**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales within any industry, with a demonstrated record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in business development or client relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Commercial acumen with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
