Join us and develop essential lifelong sales and communication skills from a world-class team **Your role will involve, but not be limited to**: - Collaborating with our professional team to assess prospects over the phone using leads provided by our clients and/or our internal database. - Working on various IT campaigns for our clients in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). - Scheduling appointments with prospects for our clients; you will not be responsible for selling products or services. - Maintaining the database with the most up-to-date contact information and recording accurate call notes. - Participating in client briefings and regular progress meetings/calls with the client and the campaign team. - Engaging in internal training and learning to further enhance your skills and knowledge. **Our high-performers**: - Enjoy engaging with new people and identifying their needs. - View objections as opportunities for further discussion. - Strive for perfection and high-quality conversations. - Thrive in a performance-driven and playfully competitive environment. **To be successful in this role, you will have**: - Having experience in telecommunication industry will be preferred - Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, and/or outbound calling.
