**Opportunity**

Our Client is a a leader in large-scale asset management and operations in the telecommunications, utilities and transport industry. The fixed communications technology and continuous improvement team is seeking a passionate Agile Delivery Manager with a background in Business Analysis in either telecommunications or utilities sectors to lead a small team of BA's (6-10).

**The Role**
- Manage a team of Business Analysts and Reporting specialists, people leadership of 6-10 staff setting priorities, removing roadblocks, servant leadership in Agile
- Drive SCRUM Meetings, Planning Sessions, Retrospectives, Backlog Grooming
- Work closely with a leadership team of 8-9 General Managers and Business Managers to prioritise BAU and projects - developing strong and deep relationships with the business
- Run and lead workshops with senior stakeholders to uncover business needs and document user stories
- Engage with the IT Department and technology teams delivering solutions
- Ensure delivered projects meet business needs
- Engage with internal, external stakeholders, vendors, procurement
- Generate business cases for new work
- Evaluate new technology and improvements and work with software vendors to understand and maximise features

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and experience:

- Recent demonstrated experience in an Agile SCRUM Master or Delivery Lead position leading a small team of BA's and Reporting Analysts
- Strong servant leadership, and ability to prioritise workload for a busy team, remove roadblocks and drive delivery and manage backlogs
- Experience (minimum 3 years) as a Business Analyst or Business Architect - facilitation of business and technology workshops and acting as the bridge between business and technology
- GM level engagement and ability to translate business into technical communication
- JIRA and User Story development
- Background in case management, fleet management, business operations within telecommunications, utilities, asset management, mining, transport preferred
- Integrated corporate management software - ServiceNow, IFS, Oracle Field Service, Salesforce, Power BI, Power Apps
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Information Systems, ERP with additional certifications in Agile
