Are you a highly skilled and motivated Service Delivery Manager with a passion for retail and a track record of exceeding stakeholder expectations? If so, we want you to join our team

A leading technology company in the retail industry. As the primary point of contact for our stakeholders and vendors into IT, you will leverage your skills, knowledge, and experience to define, initiate, and manage the operational delivery of technology solutions and its vendors.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring that we consistently exceed stakeholder expectations, and we look forward to welcoming you to our dynamic team.

**Key Accountable's**:

- Manage key relationships with business stakeholders across the technology teams in group
- Identifying and manage key risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies for the portfolio
- Providing leadership to a team of 6 people helping with IAM specialists who help with the service
- Accurately gauge business satisfaction with IT services, measure service levels and how we compare to industry standards
- Service Management Governance and Reporting
- Manage and maintain vendor/partner relationship in line with the Partner governance model
- Understanding the customer landscape and the crossovers to linking services
- Demonstrates leadership. Facilitates collaboration between stakeholders and vendors who have diverse objectives
- Drive service performance review actions and track roadmap with partners and vendors for performance improvement
- Work with Technology Partner Manager to continuously assess Partner compliance and drive actions identified
- Collaborate with the business & Partner in compiling monthly/quarterly performance, contract and commercial reporting

**About You**:

- IT Service Operations (eg. ITIL)
- Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering Identity and access service outcomes
- Understanding of (or experience with) In Identity And Access technologies such as Azure AD, Sailpoint etc
- A strong track record in Partner Management, Service Delivery or project management
- Excellent verbal and written communications
