NTT is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our Service Delivery and Managed Services Team on a permanent position.

Reporting into the Service Delivery Director and Senior Manager for Service Delivery, you will be responsible for client satisfaction by ensuring that services are delivered according to agreed service definitions and Service Level Agreements and other contract provisions.

**Working at NTT**

You will be working within a large managed services team and your responsibilities will be to:

- Establish strong relationships with the Client and Business Unit stakeholders.
- Ensure that services are delivered according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) and other contractual obligations.
- Ensure the culture of service management excellence is developed and maintained.
- Develop and manage an annual operational budget and work with the Commercial Team, ensure that monthly and pass through billing happens.
- Consult the Legal Representatives within NTT and ensure that all contract escalations are addressed with contract governance.
- Work closely with the Service Delivery Management and Vendor Management teams to identify methods of purchase and procurement, establishing evaluation criteria, evaluating alternative options and assisting with the decision to select the most appropriate vendor/supplier.
- Review all proposals delivered to the client and ensure that growth objectives within the account are in line with NTT’s overall growth objectives and serve the best interest of the client.

**What will make you a good fit for the role?**
- Strong experience in Service Delivery Management in an IT Managed Service environment/Systems Integrator.
- Strong analytical orientation with experience in identifying mechanisms for improved service delivery.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and establish trust.
- Business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
