Role Overview:

As an important member of our network management middle-platform team, you will be responsible for network planning, vendor (CSP) management, network expansion, and the development and optimisation of operational processes. You will manage parcel delivery network grids, analyse regional performance, oversee vendor onboarding and evaluation, and establish workflows to ensure an efficient, compliant and scalable network.

Key Responsibilities:

1 . Network Planning

  • Manage parcel-delivery site grid assignments; evaluate grid difficulty and complexity.
  • Analyse regional service-timeliness (SLA) performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Oversee dispatch-fee (delivery-fee) management and cost control mechanisms.

2 . Vendor & CSP Management

  • Conduct business-analysis on CSPs (carrier service providers); develop company policies for site & CSP management and ensure implementation.
  • Establish and manage performance metrics, compliance checks, and governance for CSPs in line with network strategy.

3 . Network Expansion & Onboarding

  • Drive new-region deployment; manage route-code changes, and define evaluation standards for vendor onboarding.
  • Determine whether a vendor qualifies as a formal network supplier; set requirements for CSP onboarding and site selection.

4 . Operational Process Design & Execution

  • Define and document end-to-end operation workflows: site operations (DS sites), customs clearance hand-offs, CSP hand-offs, exception-handling (loss, damage, special-scenarios).
  • Set up reporting mechanisms for hand-off discrepancies and operational anomalies; drive corrective action and continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proficient in office software (Excel, PowerPoint, workflow/diagram tools) and operational systems; strong data-analysis skills, able to present findings via tables/charts and diagnose issues clearly.
  • Prior experience in logistics, express delivery, or network operations is preferred.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, high resilience under pressure, excellent communication and coordination skills, and proven ability to drive initiatives across departments and vendors.
  • Analytical thinker, process-oriented, able to view network operations from a system-level perspective.
  • Bachelor's degree or above; background in supply-chain, logistics, transport, operations management preferred.
