**Yes? Then this role is for you**:
As the Delivery Manager your new role will see you support the delivery of Cyber Security Projects to meet operational and strategic transformation objectives and optimise customer service outcomes and user experience.

**Your day-to-day**:

- Provide high level analysis, review and advice, to support the planning and management of approved projects using Agile and Lean practices and frameworks to ensure delivery of high-quality products, services and user experience.
- Development and maintenance of project management standards, processes, and methodologies in line with enterprise practices.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and project plans. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Oversight of multiple projects or programs simultaneously.
- Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and feedback, and resolving conflicts. Ensure that project deliverables meet the required level of quality.
- Manage and develop stakeholder relationships through strong and effective communications, managing expectations, mediation and issues management and negotiation to ensure delivery of products and the achievement of outcomes and benefits, engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Leadership and mentoring of more junior delivery lead and project team members.

**On your first day you'll have**:

- Strategic project management and change management experience in a large, diverse, and complex organisation.
- Experience delivering complex and innovative programs and program initiatives that drive evaluation, reporting and accountability requirements, including establishing governance frameworks/structures and policy development.
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills to promote and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholder groups.
- Experience and knowledge in developing and implementing appropriate governance and risk frameworks that inform planning, performance measures, assessment tools and systems, reporting standards, program direction and business objectives.
- Ability to manage and mitigate risk, managing issues and project milestones to ensure programs are developed and progressed within required timeframes and to agreed outcomes.
- People management experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
