**About the Role**

An exciting opportunity is currently available for an Operations Team Coordinator. The role will provide professional administration support to the Victorian and National Operations Leadership team in a timely, accurate and confidential manner. Supporting the day-to-day running of the team, this new role will bring effective planning, organisation and coordination within a fast paced and dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Be the first point of call for the leadership team
- Support meeting organisation, including agendas, papers and actions are captured
- Assist with arranging events, organising attendance and associated matters for the leadership team
- Work with marketing to ensure the intranet and SharePoint are up to date
- Coordination of events and activities designed to drive social engagement across the business
- Assist with Quality, Compliance & Accreditation as required
- Assist the teams to manage business plan initiatives and delivery

**Skills & Qualities**
- Demonstrated experience within medical imaging
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and reliability
- Intermediate/advance level proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to see tasks through to completion with mínimal supervision
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
- Proactive and solutions focused, one to put ideas forward to better the business
