About the role
As our Operational Enablement Coordinator, you’ll support the rollout of system and process changes across training operations. Reporting to the Operational Enablement Manager, you’ll manage documentation, UAT logistics, training content, and knowledge sharing, working closely with operations, systems, and product teams.
**As our Operational Enablement Coordinator, you'll also**:
Draft and maintain SOPs, guides, and readiness documentation
Coordinate UAT activities and track results for continuous improvement
Deliver training (eg webinars) and support change adoption across teams
Monitor adoption progress post-rollout, gather user feedback, and identify training gaps or support needs.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in operations support, business readiness, or driving process improvements
Skilled in documenting, mapping, and enhancing business processes while identifying operational gaps
Experienced in coordinating or supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and similar validation activities
Ability to create training materials and facilitate effective knowledge transfer
Strong written and verbal communication skills
